JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company?

Eric John Wynne: We are an AEO certified freight forwarder and customs broker. Phoenix has 11 own branch offices spread across the Indian Subcontinent. We offer a wide variety of services under one roof. We have the expertise to handle general and IMCO goods. Normal containers and special equipment. Conventional cargoes and project goods.

 

JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness?

Eric John Wynne: Service, integrity, and commitment

 

JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?

Eric John Wynne: Understand customers requirements and provide cost effective solutions. Proactive and professional approach in overcoming challenges.

 

JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?

Eric John Wynne: The Indian logistics industry is waiting to explode. The country has opened after the pandemic. Businesses are working to full capacity with increasing orders. One can expect a boom in logistics activities in the coming years.

 

JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?

Eric John Wynne: We plan to explore more of the EU and US market. Identifying like-minded partners and synergizing our resources for mutual benefit.

 

JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?

Eric John Wynne: The reasons are similar. Reliability, security and business opportunities.

 

JCtrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients?

Eric John Wynne: Being friendly and approachable. Understanding their needs and striving to provide the best service everytime.
